The responsibilities of the Senior Backend Software Engineer:

• Crafting clean and maintainable code while adhering to engineering best practices.
• Developing comprehensive unit, component, and integration tests to ensure the reliability of our software.
• Designing, implementing, and rigorously testing backend APIs to support our software applications.
• Continuously researching and evaluating new tools, technologies, and testing processes to enhance our software development practices.

The required qualifications of the Senior Backend Software Engineer:

• A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in software development.
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Proficiency in building software products using Java, Spring, and REST APIs.
• Familiarity with relational databases such as Postgres and MySQL.
• A strong willingness and capability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Experience with Agile/Lean practices and expertise in scalable architecture.
• Extensive background with Java, Spring, REST APIs, including familiarity with Java Stream and Lambda.
• Knowledge of developing cloud solutions using AWS.
