Sales Representative – Innisfil, ON

Attention! SALES REPRESENTATIVE who are interested in working in the Innisfil, ON area.

Our dedicated partner has requested us to assist in finding a qualified Sales person who is interested and would work in the Innisfil, ON area.

This position would like to offer you:

·A Long-Term Permanent position

·Bilingual French as a Secondary

·Full time hours – Monday to Friday 6am to 2:30pm

·Onsite and given the tools to perform Sales duties

·Salary of 55K per annum with annual reviews

·Once hired permanent, client offers benefits and more

What Is the Role:

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Client would prefer that the candidate be from the area

  • Meet sales targets and objectives.
  • Manage existing customer base and successfully generate and close new business.
  • Prospect for new customers by networking, targeted cold calling, on-site customer meetings or other means of generating interest from potential customers in the assigned territory.
  • Follow up on new leads and referrals.
  • Respond to inquiries and/or quotations and provide excellent, friendly and professional customer service.
  • Network extensively to build relationships with potential and existing customers.
  • Attend marketing events such as seminars, trade shows and industry or customer events as required when travel is permitted.
  • Communicate new sales opportunities, special developments, information or feedback to management.
  • Prepare presentations, sales quotations, host webinars and plan business trips as required to the USA when travelling is permitted.
  • In support of the Customer Service staff, occasional order entry and the processing of order confirmations may be required.
  • Maintain CRM database, order processing and answer incoming calls as required.
  • Develop and maintain product knowledge.
  • Perform other duties as required.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

  • 3-5 years of successful sales experience within a similar industry is preferred.
  • College or University Degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Ability to travel within the USA and Canada, once travelling is permitted internationally.
  • Must be bilingual French speaking (required).
  • Exceptional relationship management skills and the ability to build and grow business.
  • A self-starter with a ‘Hunter’ type approach to seek new business opportunities.
  • Strong networking and persuasive selling skills.
  • Exceptional relationship management skills and the ability to build and grow business.
  • Superior communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as listening skills.
  • Excellent computer skills including, but not limited to: Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook) and contact management software.
