Fuze HR Solutions is looking for a results oriented and high performing Sales Manager to join a growing and wildly successful organization in the Toronto, ON region. As the Sales Manager you will be tasked with expanding the market share and client growth in a segment of business the company is highly interested in developing. As the Sales Manager you will be responsible for the following main day to day duties…
- Win new business while also developing and growing existing accounts
- Collaborate with the Director of Sales to create sales strategies, targets/budgets, guidelines, training, etc
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay up to date with trends, opportunities, and threats
- In addition yo overseeing a sales team the Sales Manager will be responsible for growing and winning their own book of business
- Attend client meetings, trade shows and other events

What are we looking for in an ideal Sales Manager?
- 5 or more years Sales experience within the Food industry
- Proven track record of sales success, overachieving on sales KPI’s/targets
