Our client, a manufacture in Mississauga is looking for a Sales Administrator for a permanent opportunity. This is a great opportunity for anyone that has a strong administrative background supporting sales operations. Your tasks as the Sales Administrator:

• Work along side the sales and marketing teams

• Order entry of new orders and point of contact for all incoming sales orders

• Work with the team with all logistics coordination – communicating shipment status and working with customers

• Qualify all incoming sales leads

• Work with sales, finance, and customers on special promotions

• Maintain the sales process and documentation

• Assist with onboarding new clients

• Supporting outside sales with customer service

The required qualifications of the Sales Administrator:

• Post secondary education (College or University) in business

• Minimum of 3 years of experience working in sales operations

• Previous experience working with US companies would be an asset

• Proven project management skills

• Experience working on CRM/ERP system

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
