Regional Sales & Marketing Manager

Fuze HR Solutions is immediately hiring for a Bilingual Regional Sales & Marketing Manager job opening in Ottawa. Our client, a National leader in Residential Property Management is looking for someone to manage and maintain suite occupancy in their assigned portfolio. Do you thrive in a fast paced environment? ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree, preferably in Marketing or Business
• 5+ years experience in residential real estate sales or leasing
• Strong experience in managing social media and digital platforms
• Leadership experience required
• Tech savvy – must be proficient in MS Office
• Bilingual English and French
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle required

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate with Leadership teams to ensure success of marketing, advertising, leasing and resident engagement activities
• Stay up to date with market trends
• Maintain advertising listings ensuring pricing and incentives are current
• Perform regular site visits, leasing reviews and provide coaching as needed
• Conduct regular strategy meetings with Leasing Team, providing feedback, 1-1s, mentorship
• Create and Execute plans for underperforming assets
• Analyze, monitor, conduct quarterly market and pricing surveys
• Plan, coordinate, manage budget and implement resident events and activities
• Support National & Regional Operations and Marketing teams to develop and execute annual sales and marketing plans
• Other duties as assigned

ADDITIONAL NICE TO HAVE SKILLS

• Knowledge of Yardi and Adobe Creative Suite an asset
• Experience with Internet Listing site marketing an asset
• Strong Lead Generation skills for Real Estate Sales or Rentals
• Excellent communication, organizational and problem solving skills
