Quality Inspector – Day And Weekend Shift

Fuze HR is currently seeking experienced Electronic Quality Inspectors to join our team for a client based in Markham. If you have a strong background in electronic assembly, inspection, and a keen eye for detail, this is an excellent opportunity to advance your career in a dynamic environment.

Location: Markham

Pay Rate: $19 per hour plus shift premium

Shifts Available:

Monday to Friday Day shift: 6:30 am to 3:00 pm

Weekend shift: Friday to Sunday, 6:00 am to 6:30 pm

Key Responsibilities:

As an Electronic Quality Inspector, you will play a vital role in maintaining the highest quality standards in electronic assemblies and surface mount components. Your responsibilities will include:

• Performing FAI (First Article Inspection)
• Operating the X-Ray Machine
• Operating the AOI Machine
• Inspecting electronic assemblies and surface mount components

Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of electronic assembly experience, particularly with SMT
• Essential inspection experience
• Knowledge of IPC 610 – Acceptability of Electronic Assembly is essential; certification is preferred
• Previous experience using AOI and X-Ray equipment is preferred
• Strong understanding and application of workmanship standards
• Thorough understanding and application of quality standards and control procedures
