What are some of the responsibilities of the Quality Engineer:

·Work with the quality team and point of contact for customers quality issues

·Support investigations for internal and external quality concerns

·Along side the Quality Manager, support quality inspectors with daily production tasks

·Work with the sales team to onboard new business and engage on customer and supplier programs

·Work on new program launches and be the point of contact for anything quality

·Ensure that all quality process’ and procedures are being followed

·Any and all project and assignments required by Quality Manager and senior leadership

The required qualifications of the Quality Engineer:

·5+ years of experience in a Quality Engineer role, Tier 1/Tier 2 industry preferred

·Exceptional organization and interpersonal skills

·Must be comfortable with client facing tasks

·Strong MS Office skills

·Experience and working knowledge of ISO9001 and IATF16949
