Your tasks as the Production Supervisor:

• Manage employees to promote job satisfactory and diligence
• Coordinate lead hands so KPIs are met on a daily basis
• Oversee job costing reports, and complete production plans
• Conduct safety inspections while maintaining a safe and clean work environment
• Work closely with inventory supervisor to insure just in time materials and

The required qualifications of the Production Supervisor:

• 5 years of Supervisor role experience
• Able to lift 50lbs and able to do repetitive motion work
• Experience in maintenance, equipment root cause, and mechanical aptitude
• Excellent communication skills
