Role: Personal Assistant

Status: Permanent – remote

Location: Montreal, QC

Responsabilies:

  • Manage executive team calendars and schedule appointments and meetings
  • Organize and coordinate travel plans, including flights, accommodations and ground transportation
  • Prepare monthly budgets, financial reports, distribution and coordination of information with external financial consultants
  • Prepare reports, presentations and other documents as requested by the executive team
  • Manage and maintain confidential and sensitive information
  • Provide administrative support, including responding to phone calls, emails and other correspondence
  • Act as a liaison between the leadership team and internal and external stakeholders
  • Plan and coordinate special events, meetings and other projects
  • Participate in ad hoc projects and other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years experience in a management support role
  • Bilingual (English and French – spoken and written)
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
