Our client is a Marketing organization seeking a New Business Development Manager to grow the organization within North America. This includes but is not limited to identifying potential new clients, establishing rapport, arranging meetings and converting to real opportunities. They will be proactive, well connected and have a hunter mentality who builds successful pipeline for short/long term opportunity life-cycles.


  • Networking, prospecting and connecting with key contact at all levels
  • Cultivate new leads, building rapport and creating strong pipelines
  • Present solutions through a variety of different methods, including C-Suite Executives
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide best solutions and secure opportunities
  • Transition opportunities from initial stage to Client Services
  • Attend conferences, trade shows and industry events
  • Be ambassador for client, supporting their reputation for excellence
  • Stay up to date and educated on competitors and industry


  • 7+ years of new business development experience in B2B sales
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Creative and solutions driven approach to researching new opportunities
  • Solid presentation skills to all levels
  • Pro-active, entrepreneurial, organized and a driven self starter
  • Experienced with CRM tools and utilizing all methods of prospecting
  • Experience in manufacturing and/or design agency is an asset
  • High level of knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Keen on working in a fast-paced environment


  • Post-Secondary education from a recognized College/University
