Fuze HR is currently looking for National Sales Director for one of our clients in Mississauga.

Our client is a renowned global leader at the forefront of Solar Energy, Perfect Welding, and Battery Charging technologies. Their commitment to innovation and excellence has established them as a trailblazer in the industry. With headquarters in Mississauga, we’re seeking a dynamic and strategic National Sales Director to join their Solar Energy Business Unit team. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact by driving sales and shaping the future of renewable energy.

Role Overview:

As the National Sales Director, you will hold a pivotal role in our Solar Energy Business Unit’s success. You will be entrusted with a range of responsibilities aimed at achieving sales targets, nurturing distributor relationships, and expanding distribution channels. Reporting to the executive team, you will develop and execute strategic business plans that align with client strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

·Lead the P&L management of the Solar Energy Business Unit

·Develop and execute comprehensive business plans in line with client strategy

·Drive business development to achieve and exceed sales targets

·Initiate, create, and oversee distributor business plans, fostering distribution channels

·Prospect, cultivate new accounts, and nurture existing client relationships

·Manage and promptly respond to sales inquiries from customers

·Maintain meticulous sales call data within CRM software

·Deliver engaging product presentations and customer training

·Coordinate and actively participate in trade fairs and exhibitions

·Conduct market research to gather insights on products, competition, and customer demands

·Develop impactful sales literature, training materials, and press releases

·Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to ensure successful plan execution

Qualifications:

·Bachelor’s degree preferred in sales, marketing, engineering, or equivalent

·Minimum of three years of technical sales, product line management, or marketing experience

·In-depth technical knowledge of Solar Power systems and inverter technologies

·Valid Passport and willingness to travel extensively across Canada, USA, and Austria

·Exceptional communication and negotiation skills

·Demonstrated ability to overcome challenges and achieve results

·Strong time management skills to effectively manage diverse customer/partner relationships

·Marketing skills and prior project management experience are advantageous

·Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and CRM systems
