Continental Night Shift (8:00 PM – 8:00 AM)

Starting Salary: $44/hour

Night shift, 7 x 12-hour days every 2 weeks, every other weekend

Looking for experienced Millwrights (433A) who can troubleshoot independently, work hands-on with heavy machinery, and have strong lathe experience.

Must-Have Skills & Qualifications:

Certified Industrial Mechanic Millwright (433A)

4+ years’ industrial manufacturing experience

Strong mechanical troubleshooting—able to work independently

Blueprint/technical drawing reading skills

Hands-on: machine building, lathes, welding (asset)

Experience with pumps, motors, conveyors, hydraulic systems, heavy machinery

Responsibilities:

Independently troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial machinery

Execute preventative, predictive, and reactive maintenance

Fabricate parts and maintain production machinery

Maintain maintenance records and spare parts inventory

Support internal process improvements and machine optimization
