Our client is an international powerhouse for sports enthusiasts and fans world-wide. They are currently seeking talented professionals who are both passionate about sports, sales and building relationships with media companies to join their growing team of Marketing professionals on a permanent basis. You will be responsible for sourcing the best media outlets and partnership opportunities and negotiating with various media outlets for our clients. In addition, you will create and analyze the results of direct response advertising campaigns to attract and convert new customers for a maximum ROI. It will be your responsibility to manage your own portfolio and continue to build it.

Responsibilities:

  • Source, Seek and evaluate opportunities to build partnerships and control where media budget is spent to scale impact and reach of paid media efforts.
  • Contact new media outlets regularly to find the best media outlets for advertising purposes
  • Optimize for best performance by working with graphic designers to improve creative and message.
  • Upload and manage large-scale media campaigns.
  • Monitor spend and performance on a daily basis to reach or exceed monthly profit goals.
  • Analyze performance data and provide intelligent synthesis, interpretation and appropriate action plans based on conclusions
  • Communicate with team lead on all elements of the campaign, including performance, creatives, and goals.
  • Media Planning

Requirements:

  • 1+ years’ experience executing and managing performance-based paid media campaigns.
  • 1+ years of experience in business development, account management or growing a portfolio.
  • Understanding of fundamental media metrics and calculations (CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA).
  • Ability to analyze basic media data.
  • Basic understanding of copywriting
  • Passion for North American Sports
  • Background and/or experience with design is a plus (i.e Photoshop) but not a requirement
  • Ability to self-manage, juggle multiple priorities and pay strong attention to details.
  • Extremely analytical, detail-oriented and organized.
  • Desire and drive to always be learning.
  • Work well independently and as a team member.

Experience:

  • Online digital media: 1 year
  • Website Analysis: 1 year
  • Executing and managing paid media campaigns: 1 year
  • Media metrics and calculations (CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA): 1 year

Location:

  • Montréal, QC or Toronto, ON

Language:

  • Strong command of the English language
