Our client is a leader in the Private Equity space looking for an excellent marketing specialist to hit the ground running.

RESPONSIBILITIES

● Managing all aspects of HubSpot, including all related campaigns and communications

● Helping to maintain Espresso’s website, including publishing new content and building landing pages

● Developing promotion plans for Espresso’s content and news announcements

● Managing and developing strategies to grow various social media accounts and assisting in the conceptualization and development of artcards, infographics, banners, and other visuals to support those efforts

● Managing paid digtial ads, including on LinkedIn and using Google Adwords

● Drafting a variety of newsletters and investor communications

● Helping to update and maintain a variety of marketing collateral including presentations, fact sheets, and reports, and ensuring that they adhere to Espresso’s brand guideline

● Tracking, analyzing, and reporting on key marketing metrics

● Managing a variety of ad hoc marketing requests including, but not limited to, running surveys and webinars, overseeing events, and managing PR requests

● Managing multiple projects and deadlines, both under supervision and on your own

REQUIREMENTS

● 3-7 years experience in marketing roles

● Prior experience in technology or financial services sectors an asset but not essential

● Strong HubSpot and WordPress experience

● Strong written and oral communication skills

● Strong planning, organization, and time management skills

● Graphic design skills, including Google Slides and Adobe InDesign

● Knowledge of LinkedIn Ads and Google Adwords preferred

● Events management experience a plus

● Keen attention to detail and passion for delivering best-in-class experiences to customers

● Passion to consistently meet or exceed performance objectives

● Desire to thrive in a growing and fast-paced environment

● Bachelor’s degree Compensation will be a competitive base salary and performance-based bonus.
