We are actively interviewing to hire a Maintenance/PM Technician for a growing Manufacturing company located in the Innisfil, Ontario region to start immediately.

Your tasks as the Maintenance/PM Technician:

·Works alongside Millwrights to install, maintain and repair industrial machinery and mechanical equipment

·Ensures documentation related to equipment and maintenance is up-to-date and appropriately stored.

·Reads diagrams and schematic drawings to determine work procedures.

·Operates machine tools such as lathes and grinders to fabricate parts required during overhaul, maintenance or set up of machinery.

·Cleans, lubricates and performs other routine maintenance work on machinery.

·Other duties assigned

The required qualifications of the Maintenance/PM Technician:

· 3-5+ years experience as a maintenance technician within a heavy industrial manufacturing environment

·Knowledge of mixing and formulating processes is beneficial.

· Flexible with shifts

· Excellent organizational skills and communication skills

· Must be capable of lifting up to 50lbs and working with PPE (glasses, helmet, hearing protection, safety boots, respirator as required), working at heights , confined spaces and walking up lots of stairs.

·ARC Stick Welding experience

·Rigging experience

·WHMIS training.
