The Lead Web Developer will be responsible for:

• Help assess the value and prioritization of different projects by working closely with the different product managers to clarify needs
• Lead a team of 5-7 web developers to deliver efficient software
• Define User Stories and Acceptance Criteria per feature
• Participate in the design, development, verification, and documentation of the product.
• Prepare the backlog for planning sprints and releases
• Collaborate with the development team during iteration cycles (Requirement clarifications, test plans and test case reviews and feature approvals)
• Provide regular project status and schedule updates

The required qualifications for the Lead Web Developer are:

• 5+ years’ experience with JavaScript
• 2 year’s experience with NodeJS/ React
• Experience as a leading/mentoring a team is highly preferred
• Experience with call processing and VOIP applications
• Experience with Agile methodologies
• Communication skills in both French and English would be considered an asset
