The Lead Product Manager will be responsible for:

• Lead the development of initial and ongoing management of the product roadmaps.
• Lead and execute thorough evaluations of business opportunities through analysis.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams in developing and executing capture plans.
• Manage a small team of product managers to guide, coach, mentor, and implement best practices.
• Assess both short and long-term needs of the market and develop strategies.
• Define overall value proposition of system, hardware, and software-based applications.
• Collect and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders and other teams.
• Lead company product management: process, tools, metrics, training, strategy, roadmaps, business case.

The required qualifications for the Lead Product Manager are:

• 5 + years experience managing and or leading a team of product managers.
• 8 + years of product management experience.
• 3 years experience with Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions or IoT products.
• Experience driving the full product development lifecycle, particularly experience in visioning and launching new products.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and building strong relationships across technical and business teams.
• Experience tracking and recording of product innovation achieved by putting customers first.
• Experience in using customer insights and data to help inform decision making and putting together business cases to support decisions and identify opportunities.
