The Lead Full Stack Developer will be responsible for:

• Designing, developing and maintaining tools on various platforms
• Working with the development team to ensure proper implementations for the system design and technical requirements
• Coordinating and assist in the development process such as coding, testing, release management and debugging
• Collaborating with various teams to evaluate the proposed changes/features
• Providing support of internal applications and identifying opportunities to develop monitoring tools and/ or training

The required qualifications for the Lead Full Stack Developer are:

• 5+ years’ experience in a development role
• Experience leading/mentoring a team of developers
• 3+ years’ experience implementing APIs and, or services
• 3+ years’ experience programming in Python and JavaScript
• 3+ years’ experience working with relational and non-relational databases
• 5+ years’ experience in coding standards, quality management and source code management
• 3+ years’ experience in CI/CD pipeline such as Jenkins and release management
• Experience in TypeScript, Java or React would be considered an asset
• Knowledge in software development lifecycle and Agile best practices
