The Lead Developer will be responsible for:

• Select and implement technology solutions that will lead to product innovation, scalability, maintainability, and extensibility.
• Define standards, estimate level of effort, develop Proof of Concepts, architectural frameworks, and guide technical teams.
• Analyze, design, and develop innovative software applications using the latest in technologies and frameworks.
• Work in Agile environment with a cross-functional team of developers, QA, BA, and other key stakeholders to enhance system functionality, reliability, performance, and scalability.
• Proven ability to mentor developers, to set up and to enforce coding guidelines.
• Extensive knowledge and experience with Enterprise Level architectural concepts and frameworks.
• Mastery of engineering best practices such as code refactoring, implementing design patterns, unit testing and mocking frameworks.

The required qualifications for the Lead Developer are:

• 5+ years of professional experience
• Expert skills in TypeScript and JavaScript
• Experience with AWS development (Amazon’s cloud infrastructure) such as Lambda Step Functions, DynamoDB, API Gateway, CDK, AppSync (GraphQL).
• Experience with Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics or ServiceNow CRMs
• Experience with Angular
• Experience with .NET and C#
• Experience with computer telephony integration software (CTI) would be considered an asset
