Lead Analyst – Real Estate Transactions

Are you an experienced Analyst with commercial real estate knowledge? We are actively hiring a Senior Commercial Real Estate Analyst to support a huge organization’s many commercial properties and negotiate & manage lease agreements. Key Responsibilities:

·Responsible to initiate and negotiate complex leases and licenses for the rental and leasing of Transmission facilities and assets, aiming to maximize revenue and minimize expenses.

·Ensure that the companies legal, operational, and financial requirements are met by issuing and executing legally binding agreements in a timely manner.

·Responsible to handle financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and forecasting for all negotiated agreements

·Coordinate the receipt and issuance of external engineering studies to safeguard the Corporation’s towers, buildings, and other holdings from potential impacts caused by the integration of third-party facilities.

·Manage relationships with all clients, whether internal or external, in order to effectively handle challenging issues, resolve conflicts, and seek consensus within the scope of responsibilities.

Skills and Requirements:

·Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a similar field.

·At least 3 years of experience in negotiating and managing leases and license agreements

·Must have a proven track record of successfully applying financial principles and contract law

·Must have good understanding of technology, transmission systems, and telecommunications within the industry.

·Must have the ability to handle complex issues, identify and overcome obstacles, and present both immediate and long-term solutions.

·Strong knowledge of MS Office and Google Suite

·Project management skills needed, with exceptional organizational abilities enable you to effectively manage competing priorities. You excel at presenting ideas, negotiating, and focusing on creating mutually beneficial solutions.

·Written and Oral communication skills
