Inside Sales Supervisor

Permanent Position, Mississauga Area

Salary range: 70-75K base + bonus

Responsibilities:

  • Devise and implement strategies to propel business growth and accomplish sales targets.
  • Foster and sustain strong ties with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and fostering repeat business.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine sales processes and enhance overall operational efficiency.
  • Stay current on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Optimize purchasing habits of specific customers to reduce operational costs and champion e-commerce activities.
  • Stay updated on the technical specifications of various product types.
  • Monitor changes in customer and competitive landscapes.
  • Conduct joint calls with suppliers.
  • Cultivate and maintain enduring relationships with customers and suppliers.

Skills, Experience, and Qualifications:

  • Thorough knowledge of customer requirements and systems.
  • Proven experience in business development or inside sales management.
  • Strong leadership skills, capable of motivating and inspiring a team.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
