Inside Sales Supervisor
Permanent Position, Mississauga Area
Salary range: 70-75K base + bonus
Responsibilities:
- Devise and implement strategies to propel business growth and accomplish sales targets.
- Foster and sustain strong ties with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and fostering repeat business.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine sales processes and enhance overall operational efficiency.
- Stay current on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Optimize purchasing habits of specific customers to reduce operational costs and champion e-commerce activities.
- Stay updated on the technical specifications of various product types.
- Monitor changes in customer and competitive landscapes.
- Conduct joint calls with suppliers.
- Cultivate and maintain enduring relationships with customers and suppliers.
Skills, Experience, and Qualifications:
- Thorough knowledge of customer requirements and systems.
- Proven experience in business development or inside sales management.
- Strong leadership skills, capable of motivating and inspiring a team.
