Role: Bilingual Inside Sales Representative

Status: Permanent, in office position

Location: Ville Saint-Laurent

Salary: 60-65k$ + bonus

The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for selling industrial products or services through telephone sales. The Inside Sales Representative will reach business targets through excellent telephone sales and communications skills. This individual will also develop his or her phone-based revenue generation through the creation of sales leads, initiation of prospect calls, and establishment of ongoing rapport with existing and potential customers. Integrity, vision, and passion are essential for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound, unsolicited prospect calls and convert them into sales

• Emphasize product/service features and benefits, quote prices, discuss credit terms, and prepare sales order forms and/or reports

• Collaborate with Branch Manager to determine necessary strategic sales approaches

• Create and deliver qualified opportunities to Technical Sales Representative

• Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of direct work experience in a sales or tele sales capacity
  • Bilingual French and English
  • Ability to convert prospects and close deals while maintaining established sales quotas
  • Experience in opportunity qualification, pre-call planning, call control, account development, and time management
  • Problem solving, accuracy, attention to detail and analytical ability is required

  • Surmonter les objections des clients potentiels
  • Collaborer avec le directeur de succursale pour déterminer les approches stratégiques de vente nécessaires
  • Créer et livrer des opportunités qualifiées au représentant des ventes techniques
  • Maintenir et développer la base de données des prospects de l’entreprise
  • Saisir les données des nouveaux clients et mettre à jour les modifications apportées aux comptes existants dans la base de données de l’entreprise
  • Enquêter sur les problèmes de service à la clientèle et les résoudre
