What are some of the responsibilities of the Inside Sales Representative:

• Lead generation support; prospecting for new clients

• Do email campaigns and follow up calls to those campaigns

• Upload lead generation details in sales spreadsheet

• Conduct cold calls to uncover potential clients

• Become a brand enthusiast for our company and effectively communicate value propositions

• Build relationships with prospects and internal stakeholders to grow new business

• Bring your ideas and strategies to advance our company’s vision for the future

• Assist with other projects as required

The required qualifications of the Inside Sales Representative:

• Customer service with sales or related experience

• Experience with cold calling is an asset

• Exceptional communication skills in English – written and verbal

• Strong computer & administrative skills (great data entry & MS Office skills)

• Great time management & organizational skills; able to manage & prioritize changing priorities

• Can work in a dynamic, fast-paced, changing environment

• Detail-oriented with strong customer service skills

• Team player; collaborative; roll up their sleeve to help others (when required & available)

• Excellent presentation & communication skills (written & verbal)

• Personable, energetic, positive with a “can-do” attitude!
