Our client in the financial services space is looking for a motivated HR professional to join their team and lead the department.

Responsibilities:

  • Build the HR roadmap, strategies, and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Lead change management, recruitment and retention, leadership training, and performance and development.
  • Provide guidance, support, and mentoring to management and employees by addressing all issues and concerns.
  • Implement an HRIS system and an attendance management program
  • Review and update policies and procedures regularly to ensure our people practices are aligned with the current working environment in addition to the development of any new policies and procedures.
  • Develop and deliver leadership training to managers and advisors.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Strategic mindset with the ability to organize, prioritize and manage multiple projects.
  • Self-starter with a sense of urgency, detail-oriented and good analytical skills.
  • Bachelor’s Degree with a focus on Human Resources preferred.
  • 6+ Years’ experience in a Human Resources role at a senior level.
  • A CPHR designation is considered an asset.
  • Ability to work onsite 100% .
