Accountabilities:

• Provide day-to-day advice to the team on general HR-related queries, requests, and Policies and Procedures, escalating more complex issues to the HRBP.

• To assist with the daily HR activities and to provide a range of administrative support functions to the HR team.

• Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, conducting reference checks and issuing employment contracts.

• Drafting and placing support job adverts for recruitment, sourcing job descriptions, and coordinating with shortlisting and interviews.

• To work closely with the other HR Administrator regarding new processes and undertake delegated tasks and projects as required.

• Alongside others in the team, ensure the HR Database accurately reflects current staff conditions and details. This includes contractual amendments, change of details, annual leave, and recording of sicknesses and other leave.

• Assist the payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g., leaves of absence, sick days, pay change, work schedules etc.).

• Assist the Benefits department by providing relevant information to employees.

• Maintain accurate filing systems for all records generated in the HR department.

• Assist with the preparation of different reports.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or 2 years of experience as an HR coordinator (advantageous).

• 2-3 years of experience.

• Oral and written bilingualism (English/French) is an asset.

• Advanced skills in Office, Word, Excel, Outlook diary, and email management

• A working knowledge of computerized HR systems experience is desirable.
