Your tasks as the Senior Human Resources Generalist:

• Work with the HR Manager on various strategy projects

• Update and implement new policies and procedures

• Participate and run internal HR audits

• Work with department managers with conflict resolution and investigations

• Point of contact for employee concerns or questions

• Work on ADP to add new employee information and update existing files

• Create and implement training materials

• Strategize development with department managers

• Plan and roll out development material and programs for staff

• Support managers with onboarding of new hires

• Investigation of any Health and Safety matter

• Other projects and duties assigned by the HR manager

The required qualifications of the Senior Human Resources Generalist:

• 4+ years of experience in a Human Resources role

• Manufacturing industry experience would be preferred

• Previous experience working with ADP Workforce Now

• Exceptional English communication skills (Written and Spoken)

• Strong attention to detail

• Previous experience with conflict resolution

• Strong computer skills in MS Office
