Our client is a leader in the Manufacturing space looking for a candidate to provide support, guidance and maintenance of various HR programs with limited supervision. Perform administrative duties and project-related tasks in support of the entire Human Resources Team in Toronto with special emphasis and support of Recruiting; Reporting, Communication, HRIS and Project related activities.

HR Reporting and Projects:

oPrepares Monthly Headcount Reports and Organizational Charts

oRun ad-hoc reports as needed (i.e. Training reports, Employee birthdays/anniversaries etc., Success Factors)

oCollect and sort mail ensuring immediate attention to mail requiring response

oSupport HR/Payroll Projects as required


oServes as a point of contact for diverse non-critical employee-related inquiries; including, but not limited to

equipment, password resets, team events, photos, badges, business cards, profiles, etc


  • 1-3 years in an HR Role
  • Bachelor degree
  • Great communication skills
