Are you an experienced forklift driver /picker? Would you like a new challenge? If so, we want to meet you! We are currently searching for a forklift driver/picker to be part of out team of professionals.

Your tasks as a forklift driver/picker:

• Picked in safely and timely manner as per Shipping Process through use Forklift Raymond Reach & Order Picker with use of RF Scanner
• Examine products to verify conformance to quality standards
• Report any damages immediately to the supervisor as per Quarantine Process
• Record necessary weight, dimensions, counts on QC Form as per Shipping Process
• Sort, pack, wrap and label products as per client Procedures, securing skid safely to avoid damage during transportation
• Load product onto trailers
• Unload product from trailers
• Complete accurately the Forklift portion of the Receiving Form
• Put-away product to proper storage space in warehouse as per direction through use of RF Scanner
• Perform regular cycle counts including labelling and documentation
• Perform housekeeping such as cleaning work area and equipment regularly by removing empty pallets, wood and plastic, and emptying the garbage bins
• Maintain material handling equipment by recharging, cleaning and record all information on log sheet
• Stack empty pallets at designated area
• Identify and report any safety concerns to the supervisor such as faulty equipment, or damaged product as per Quarantine Process
• Follow company standards and legal regulations to ensure safe and positive work environment

The required qualifications for the forklift /driver position:

• Must be in good physical shape
• Be able to work with little to no supervision as well as in teams
• Be able to communicate effectively both orally and written
• Having a forklift license is an asset

MONDAY TO FRIDAY – 6:00 AM TO 2:30 PM BUT START TIME MIGHT CHANGE TO 6:30 AM

Pay rate $21-$22 Hour
