• VIP Hosts
• Food and Beverage Sales Associates
• Concierge
• Box Office
• Merchandisers
• Ushers

Department: Sales and Customer Experience

Work Location: Ontario Place – Toronto, ON

Full-time Hours Available

Primary Responsibilities for the Food and Beverage Sales Associate:

• Works in assigned concession area;

• Serves customers and manages cash registers;

• Prepares and serves food to customers, as required;

• Services customers and answers their questions accurately and politely;

• Ensures the concession area remains clean, stocked, and orderly;

• Facilitates closing inventory and cleaning duties;

• Keeps the working environment clean and sweep after the show begins;

• Performs other duties as required.

The ideal candidate will:

• Possess the ability to learn a point-of-sale system and retain information;

• Be comfortable working in loud environment;

• Have a professional, clean appearance with a straight posture. Note: Employees are responsible for arriving in black shirts, pants and shoes (no logos);

• Be physically able to stand up for long hours;

• Understand customer service and hospitality;

• Work well with others;

• Pay attention to the details;

• Working fast and efficiently under pressure;

• Have a welcoming and friendly attitude (smile and proper greetings);

• Know when to get the help of a supervisor;

• Availability for the whole city duration;

• Have accepted food handling certificate (asset);

• Speak English – other languages are an asset.
