Role: Executive Assistant

Status: Permanent

Location: Montreal, QC


  • Assist advisors with various administrative tasks, including maintaining customer accounts, opening new accounts and managing relationships
  • Respond to customer requests for information (setting up online access, banking information, preparing reports, etc.)
  • Prepare written summaries of monthly branch meetings
  • Communicate directly with customers to arrange appointments
  • Assist customers in managing and updating their accounts, and in all administrative matters
  • Work directly with head office staff, mutual fund companies and insurance companies for all customer needs or services
  • Organize team calendar
  • Coordinate marketing, lunches, dinners and event planning initiatives


  • Cegep is mandatory, Bachelor’s degree preferred. Completion of CSC is an asset
  • 2+ years’ experience in the financial services sector, ideally in wealth management
  • Ability to multi-task and remain highly organized
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to respond to emails and communications in a timely manner
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills in French and English
