Role: Executive Assistant
Status: Permanent
Location: Montreal, QC
Responsabilities:
- Assist advisors with various administrative tasks, including maintaining customer accounts, opening new accounts and managing relationships
- Respond to customer requests for information (setting up online access, banking information, preparing reports, etc.)
- Prepare written summaries of monthly branch meetings
- Communicate directly with customers to arrange appointments
- Assist customers in managing and updating their accounts, and in all administrative matters
- Work directly with head office staff, mutual fund companies and insurance companies for all customer needs or services
- Organize team calendar
- Coordinate marketing, lunches, dinners and event planning initiatives
Qualifcations:
- Cegep is mandatory, Bachelor’s degree preferred. Completion of CSC is an asset
- 2+ years’ experience in the financial services sector, ideally in wealth management
- Ability to multi-task and remain highly organized
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to respond to emails and communications in a timely manner
- Excellent verbal and communication skills in French and English
