Responsibilities

  • Data entry for Quotes, Invoices, Payments etc.
  • Basic bookkeeping
  • Weekly payroll
  • Making checks
  • Updating internal spreadsheets ( keeping up to date with orders)
  • follow-ups
  • Processing and recording payments
  • Answering phone calls and responding to emails
  • Carrying out administrative duties such as filing & scanning
