What are some of the responsibilities of the Executive Administrator:

• Working along side and supporting the VP and CEO of the organization

• Calendar and agenda management

• Manipulation of excel spreadsheets

• Proofread all correspondences

• Point of contact for any communications to and from the VP

• Verify and filing of documentation

• Any projects required by the VP

The required qualifications of the Executive Administrator:

• Minimum of 5+ years of supporting V and C level management in an executive assistant role

• Exceptional organizational skills

• Previous experience in the finance or mortgage industry is a huge asset

• Advanced MS Office skills

• Strong communicator
