Role: Distribution Coordinator

Status: Temporary

Location: Montreal, QC

Salary: $20 / Hour

Responsibilities:

• Prepare, schedule and coordinate shipments for domestics carriers
• Ensure that all day-to day issues are handled, flagged to the appropriate department and addressed within 24 hour period
• Assist with the implementation of a log to track issues and to provide an audit of activity and actions taken
• Prepare shipping paperwork as well as complete transactions in the appropriate system
• Provide tracking as shipping history information to internal stakeholder on request
• Fulfill orders for goods or services placed by customers

Qualification:

• Experienced of working with different carriers and processing orders
• Good written and oral English communication skill
• Good customer service skill
• Team player
