What are the responsibilities of the Digital Marketing Specialist:

• Work closely with the president of the company on SEO project and initiatives. As well, lots of collaboration with the branding manager and IT department

• Manage all paid search campaigns; manage the budgets and ensuring the company is maximizing the ROI and driving traffic to the site

• Testing, collecting, and analyzing data and provide insight to insure there is maximization of ROI

• Reporting and analyzing all analytics of campaigns

• Overseeing all campaign budgets and reporting costs

• Investigating and researching competitors advertising sites

• Optimization of landing pages, lead generation and website

• Other project-based duties that are required

The required qualifications of the Digital Marketing Specialist:

• 5+ years of experience in a digital marketing role responsible for SEM and CRO is a must

• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)

• Web development experience is a must

• Independent and self motivated

• Ability to work closely with the president and present solutions pertaining to digital marketing initiatives

• Strategic thinker and enjoys hands on tasks

• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript

• Google Task Manager and Google Analytics are preferred
