What our client offers:

• 25.00/hr.

• 100% in office – Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm

What are some of the responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative:

• Work alongside a team of customer service representatives

• Point of contact for all customer inquiries

• Enter and verify purchase order

• Processing of customer orders

• Coordination between production and customers

• Work along side sales, production and shipping to ensure customers are up to date and order are on time

• Invoicing

• Other duties required by leadership

The required qualifications of the Customer Service Representative:

• 2-3 years of previous experience working in a customer service role within a manufacturing environment

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Experience working on an ERP system

• Strong MS Office skills
