We are looking for a professional, responsible, and dedicated Logistics Customer Service Representative for one of our clients in Mississauga, Ontario. This is a permanent position for the right candidate. If you have experience as a Logistics Customer Service Representative working in a warehouse environment, have working knowledge of SAP, Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook, and are looking for a LONG-TERM position, please give us a call today!
What Are The Perks:
- Full Time Hours: Monday to Friday 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
- Salary: $20/hour + .55 cents shift premium)
- Benefits: Benefits Offered after 3 months.
- Vacation: 2 weeks of vacation.

Responsibilities
- Work independently after regular office hours (position hours 11AM to 7PM)
- Maintain strong customer relationships and provide outstanding customer service in a fast paced environment.
- Perform customer service functions including order entry, inventory reporting, problem solving, reception desk.
- Coordinate shipping/receiving with warehouse staff and transport carriers.
- Maintain and accurately update various reports and files
Required Qualifications
- Working knowledge of SAP, Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook are required
- Excellent data entry skills with strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written), and professional telephone manner are required
