Your tasks as a Corporate Law Clerk:
·Incorporations and corporate reorganizations
·To review and maintain corporate minute books and prepare deficiency reports and update resolutions.
·To work with and support a senior partner in asset sale transactions and share sale transactions by preparing routine documents and assisting with the more complex documents
·Knowledge of real estate (or the willingness to learn) for bank financings and the purchase and sale of residential and commercial properties
·To support all lawyers who require corporate work and will support our senior real estate clerk as needed
The required qualifications of a Corporate Law Clerk:
·Working knowledge of Fast Company software
·Graduate of the Institute of Law Clerks, or any other related program
·Minimum 5 years of working experience
·High attention to detail
·Excellent communications skills (written and verbal)
