Description du poste
Sous la supervision du Directeur des services administratifs, le/la Contrôleur(e) financier(ère) – Juricomptabilité est responsable des activités financières et comptables de l’organisation. Le rôle assure la supervision des opérations financières, la conformité aux exigences réglementaires et le maintien d’un cadre de contrôle interne robuste. Le poste comporte également un volet juricomptable, incluant des analyses dans le cadre d’enquêtes administratives, de vérifications de conformité et d’évaluations de risques (fraude et non-conformité).
Principales responsabilités
Supervision du cycle comptable

Superviser l’ensemble du cycle comptable, incluant la paie et la production des états financiers trimestriels et annuels.

Assurer l’exactitude des informations financières, la conformité aux normes comptables et l’alignement avec les orientations organisationnelles.
Budget, prévisions et analyses
-
Participer à l’élaboration du budget annuel et aux exercices de prévisions financières.

Produire des analyses financières détaillées pour soutenir la prise de décision et les priorités stratégiques.
Contrôle interne et gestion des risques
-
Mettre en place, documenter et maintenir des contrôles internes efficaces.

Identifier, évaluer et atténuer les risques financiers, organisationnels et de non-conformité, incluant les risques de fraude.

Recommander et appliquer des mesures correctives et préventives.
Juricomptabilité et soutien aux enquêtes
-
Conseiller et soutenir les enquêteurs par des analyses financières, et proposer des démarches d’enquête selon les risques identifiés.

Réaliser des mandats de juricomptabilité : collecte, examen, interprétation et documentation de preuves financières.

Rédiger des rapports d’expertise structurés et clairs, pouvant être admissibles en preuve devant les tribunaux.

Agir à titre de témoin expert devant les tribunaux ou instances décisionnelles, au besoin.
Encadrement d’équipe
-
Encadrer, mobiliser et développer l’équipe comptable et administrative (incluant le technicien comptable).

Favoriser un environnement de travail collaboratif, rigoureux et axé sur la qualité.
Audit et conformité
-
Participer aux audits annuels et aux contrôles réglementaires.

Assurer la disponibilité, la fiabilité et la traçabilité de l’information requise, et mettre en œuvre les recommandations des auditeurs.
Autres responsabilités

Assumer toute autre responsabilité confiée par le supérieur ou la direction, selon l’évolution des besoins.
Exigences
Formation et certifications

Certification en juricomptabilité, fraude ou finance (CFE, CFA, CFI ou équivalent) : atout

Formation spécialisée en criminalité financière, détection/prévention de la fraude : atout
Expérience
-
3 à 5 ans d’expérience en juricomptabilité, litiges ou enquêtes financières.

Minimum 5 ans d’expérience professionnelle pertinente, incluant au moins 2 ans en gestion d’équipe.

Expérience démontrée en rédaction de rapports financiers et/ou rapports d’expertise juricomptable.
-
Reconnaissance comme expert ou capacité à témoigner devant des tribunaux/instances administratives : atout

Job Description

Accounting Cycle Oversight
Oversee the full accounting cycle, including payroll and the preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements.
Ensure the accuracy of financial information, compliance with accounting standards, and alignment with organizational objectives.
