CNC Lead Hand

Fuze HR Solutions is currently hiring for an experienced CNC Lead Hand to join a growing Concord based manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will come with 3 or more years of hands on experience as a CNC Machinist, capable of doing machinery programming and setup. As the CNC Lead Hand with this Concord based manufacturer you will be responsible for the following main duties.

Main Duties

• Organize and keep updated CNC program files, CAD files for all engineering projects, changes, and tool repairs
• Oversee and direct all required repairs, preventative maintenance and document PM history
• Create CNC programs as required to operate CNC Machining centre
• Conduct quality checks for machine accuracy and product accuracy
• Conduct audits to measure the efficiency of labour, materials, and to identify cost reductions and method improvements
• Oversee a team of CNC Operators/Machinist

Qualifications & Requirements

• 3 or more years experience as a CNC Lead Hand or Sr. CNC Machinist in a hands on role
• 3 or more years hands on experience with CNC programming, setup and operation
• Proficient MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc)
• Seeking a Day shift opportunity
