What Are The Duties Of The Business Development Manager:
- Develop market and sales strategies to grow market share in designated territory
- Cross collaborate with all departments to ensure clients receive white glove service
- Attend and present presentations and webinars; as well, attend trade shows
- Point of contact for subject matter topics in your market
- Measuring success in opportunities by utilizing KPI metrics and tools
The Required Qualification Of the Business Development Manager
- 2+ years of working experience in the BDM role
- Alternative mortgage and investment experience is highly desired
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly motivated to build and grow a book of business
- Must have a vehicle and drivers license to attend client meetings
- Hybrid working schedule – Must work in downtown office 1-2 times/week
