What are some of the responsibilities of the Business Development Manager:
• Build out target list and develop new business relationships
• Grow net new business for the company
• Upsell on all acquired customers
• Build out forecasting and sales plans for new and existing business
• Strategy plans to build out markets
• Attend onsite and virtual meetings with potential customers
• Pricing and market analysis report
• All other duties requires
The required qualifications of the Business Development Manager:
• Sales driven and enjoys building new relationships
• 5+ years of working experience in the injection molding or custom manufacturing industry selling to OEM’s is a must
• Must be able to travel
• The ability to multi-task, quick thinking and be organized is a must
• Previous track record with executing sales growth
