Our client, an innovator and leading ‘OEM’ of commercial cooking equipment to the hospitality food industry, is in search of a Bilingual Service Administrator for an amazing temporary to full time position out of their Mississauga office.

Your tasks as the Bilingual Service Administrator:

·The Service Administrator assist the Director of Service on dispatching and administrative activities, such as installations and maintenances bookings

·Account generation

·Technical support

· Input all customer-related data into CRM system on a daily basis.

·Follow up with customers

·Recommend and implement improvements to sales/marketing/administrative procedures/processes.

·Other duties assigned

The required qualifications of the Bilingual Service Administrator:

·Fully Bilingual with excellent communications both in English and French

·College Degree

·Minimum of 2 years of experience on Service Administration, Customer Service, or Service Coordination.

·SAP, SalesForce experience preferred

·Excel experience

·Detail-oriented; proactive; possessing very strong organizational skills, with the ability to adapt quickly to change

·Excellent prioritization; multi-tasking; & follow-up skills

·Positive/enthusiastic attitude when speaking with customers over the phone

·Competitive spirit; enjoys setting goals and achieving them

·Culinary experience, or interest, is an asset.
