Our client, an innovator and leading ‘OEM’ of commercial cooking equipment to the hospitality food industry, is in search of a full time Bilingual Customer Success Specialist for their Mississauga office.

Your tasks as the Bilingual Customer Success Specialist:

·Keep relationship with customer, constantly following-up on their needs

·. Inviting companies to the online sales webinars or by securing appointments for the field sales team

· Qualify prospects via internet investigation and telephone communication, thus developing it into a functional record where we can interact and support the custom

·.Target to existing customer base, thus embracing the ideal of multiple touch points on the customer lifecycle to maximize upsell opportunities for a total kitchen solution.

·Proactively drive sales via the identification and qualification of new business prospects.

·Keep relationship with customer, constantly following-up on their needs

·Book trainings

· Support marketing dept.

·Other duties assigned

The required qualifications of the Bilingual Customer Success Specialist:

· Bilingual – Fluent in French – reading, writing and speaking

·Minimum 3 years’ Administrative/Organizational or Inside Sales Support Experience within a fast paced, innovative environment

·Knowledgeable on SAP

·Detail-oriented; proactive; possessing very strong organizational skills, with the ability to adapt quickly to change.

·Excellent prioritization; multi-tasking; & follow-up skills.

·Positive/enthusiastic attitude when speaking with customers over the phone.

·Competitive spirit; enjoys setting goals and achieving them

·Excellent technical skills in Word; Excel; PowerPoint; & Outlook

·Culinary experience, or interest, is an asset.
