What our client offers:
·$50,000 – $60,000 salary

Your tasks as the Bilingual Customer Service Coordinator:
·Provide superior bilingual (English/French) customer support to internal and external customers
·Administer customer orders and change orders into the ERP system
·Retrieve, confirm, update status and/or cancel customer purchase orders via various customer portals
·Daily review of open orders report, correct any orders with ship location/item location discrepancies, follow-up on pending approval status or blank fields.
·Run order discrepancy reports to ensure pricing is correct.
·Escalate inconsistencies to follow-up to conclusion.
·Troubleshoot and step the customers through a series of actions to resolve a problem.
·Manage customer complaints, collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
·Process warranty replacements or missing parts; expedite corrections.
·Cover front desk reception daily over lunch
·Other assigned duties and projects assigned
The required qualifications of the Bilingual Customer Service Coordinator:
·Must be bilingual French and English (written and verbal)
·2-5 years’ experience in a similar supporting role
·Strong MS Office, NetSuite and SPS commerce an asset.
·Advanced working knowledge of MS excel
·Detail-oriented with high level of accuracy and attention to detail
·Must be able to go into the office Monday to Friday
