We are looking for Bilingual Customer Service Agents to work in the heart of Ottawa. You’ll be responsible for providing world-class customer service to callers over the phone and via email!
·Monday to Friday
·Hours of work between 830am and 430pm
·Opportunity to work in the Federal Government
·Accessible by public transit
·Team oriented environment
·No sales or any up selling required
·Get to help people every day with important projects
·Take and make calls in a tactful and professional manner
·Some Data Entry is required
·Assist other departments as necessary to ensure a great customer experience
·Bilingualism in French and English is required
·Must have previous customer service experience (call center strongly preferred)
·Completion of post-secondary education or equivalent work experience
·High attention to detail and ability to maintain professionalism under pressure
·The applicant is required to hold a Reliability Security Clearance
