Fuze HR Solutions is immediately hiring for a Assistant Building Manager job opening in Montreal. Our client, a National leader in Residential Property Management is looking for someone to support with the successful operations of their complexes. ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School or General Education Degree
  • 1-2 years experience in customer service or similar role
  • Strong MS Office skills
  • Basic knowledge of building maintenance and current laws, legislation and rights concerning residents

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide service and support to residents requests and issues
  • Showcase prospective residents available suites
  • Abide to H&S, WHMIS, AODA, PIPEDA and Human Rights Legislation
  • Responsible for daily operations if Building Manager unavailable
  • Maintain general cleanliness of building
  • Assist with move-in and move-out procedures
  • Other duties as assigned

ADDITIONAL NICE TO HAVE SKILLS

  • Residential or related industry experience an asset
  • Bilingual French/English an asset
  • WHMIS cert. an asset
  • Exposure to Building/Property Maintenance experience an asset
  • Adept problem solver, providing excellent customer service
  • Be able to multi-task
  • Yardi knowledge an asset
