Your tasks as the Mid Level CAD Technician/Designer :

• Communicating with Management and with clients in a clear, and concise manner-both verbal and written
• Ability to work in an office 9AM-5PM, Monday to Friday
• Communicating affectively with contractors and internal staff
• Multi-task in between job duties, and ability to analyze and offer the best solutions to all challenges

The required qualifications of the Mid Level CAD Technician/Designer:

• Must have previous experience working with commercial properties in the CANADIAN market
• Great customer service skills
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong MS Office skills, ·Revit, AutoCAD, Sketchup, Adobe Package
• Excellent English communication skills
• Must have knowledge in Canadian building codes and knowledge of the design process in a Canadian commercial property market
• Architectural Technology Diploma or M. Arch Degree
• 5-6 Years of Work Experience in a Canadian Architectural Practice or Design Studio
