Role: Accounts Receivable Clerk
Status: Permanent
Location: Montreal, QC
We are currently looking for an Accounts Receivable Clerk in the Montreal area.
Main tasks of the Accounts Receivable Clerk:
- Process client invoicing
- Prepare conformity documents for payments. (Waivers, Stat Decs, Warranty letters)
- Review bank statements for all recorded deposits
- Perform other assigned tasks and duties necessary to support Credit Manager
- Daily review of Accounts Receivable aging reports to identify delinquent invoices requiring immediate follow-up
- Conformity document requests and release of holdbacks
- Providing customer service regarding collection issues, process customer refunds, process and review account adjustments, resolve client discrepancies and short payments
- Responsible for monitoring and maintaining assigned accounts, customer calls, account adjustments, customer reconciliations and processing credit memos
- Perform other assigned tasks and duties necessary to support Credit Manager
Requirements for the Accounts Receivable Clerk:
- D.E.P. of certificate in Accounting ( Attestation )
- 2+ year experience in Accounts Receivable
- English written well and spoken conversation – basic French
- Ability to meet deadlines
