The Position

The Account Manager will work very closely with the sales team and VP, Sales on on-going and new opportunities that are brought in by the sales team. They are looking for experienced and established software salespeople who have a passion for technology and loyal clients. The ideal candidate is driven by results, relationship-oriented and has what it takes to push sales to the next level. They will communicate directly with the sales team, as well as the customers to ensure that requests (internally and externally) are met.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Build on existing client relationship
  • Weekly/Monthly calls with customers in attempt to upsell/cross sell
  • Quoting Hardware/Software
  • Creating Proposal for Service offerings
  • Placing orders with distributors/manufacturers
  • Processing Proposal Approvals to hand off to appropriate team
  • Registering deals with manufacturers
  • Collection of back-end rebates from manufacturers

What you bring to the table:

  • 2+ years industry experience working for solutions provider or IT value added reseller
  • Customer facing and can communicate well with customers over the phone
  • Bilingual (English/French)
  • Experience working with IT manufacturers is a plus
  • University Degree
