Our client, a Global Leader in the Financial Technology space is looking for a Testing Manager to join their team.

Job Description:

· Play a lead role in communicating with client, management, stakeholders and other team members through different testing methodologies.

· Success in leading a test function supporting multiple, concurrent projects with agile and more structured methodologies.

· Experience as a Test Manager on complex, enterprise-scale software development projects, and in particular integration solutions

· Negotiating the ongoing purpose and deliverables of the test effort with senior stakeholders at client site

· Formulation and Implementation of Software Product Testing strategy

· Resource Management (allocation, monitoring, motivating etc)

· Assessing the progress and effectiveness of the testing

· Ensure content and structure of all Testing documents/artifacts is documented and maintained

· Be able to write a test case and test when needed (hands on)

· Able to write business scenario, test scenario, test cases, execute them

· Create traceability matrix (use cases to test cases) and other reporting as needed

· Work in a dynamic environment and bring in stability to the workplace

· Be able to focus on output rather than activity

· Well versed with all testing tools

· Establishing acceptance criteria & scoping for every phase and type of testing

Desired Profile:

· Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience

· Leadership experience of at least 5+ years

· Knowledge of all aspects of the software engineering process

· Experience in a wide variety of testing efforts, techniques and tools

· Knowledge of the banking/payments domain, system or application-undertest (desirable)

· Experience programming or managing programming teams (desirable)
